Descrizione
Nicknamed 'The Dictator', the Gainlab Audio GLA-TC1 is a real valve-based stereo compressor, meaning the built-in valves actually fire up as part of the compression circuit to deliver sugar-coated sonic warmth, glueing together your tracks just like legendary units like the Fairchild 660 and the Gates STA-Level. The GLA-TC1 also offers a single set of controls for both channels so you don't have to match left and right all the time, plus both channels have been pre-linked to make sure the gain reduction is applied to either channel whenever one of them pushes past the threshold. While you're free to 'unlink' the channels for an even wider stereo image with enhanced dynamics, the default setting here ensures a superiorly stable stereo image.
