Representing the third generation of Katanas, the BOSS Katana 100/212 Gen 3 features improved Tube Logic technology, more functions, more inputs and outputs, and even more sounds to choose from. This 100W modelling combo amp has been outfitted with a pair of custom 12-inch speakers for rich sound supported by an authentic feel and response, no matter if you're slinging clean or overdriven parts. Besides the pick of six different amps, you get two flavours per amp model, plus five FX sections for a total for fifteen unique effects — more than enough to carve out your new signature sound.

The Katana 100/212 Gen 3: More is More

This 2x12 BOSS combo provides inspiration in a wide variety of situations, whether it's on stage, at home or in the rehearsal space. You get four Tone Settings for saving and recalling your favourite sounds, and things only get more in-depth when you download the BOSS Tone Studio. This advanced app offers up 60 high-quality effects, various EQ settings, three Cabinet Response voicings, and more. Don't need all 100 Watts of power? Then you can simply dial down the output to 50W or even just 0.5W via the integrated Power Control.

Maximum Connection Options

The Katana Gen 3 has been polished off with more connection options than you can shake a stick at. In addition to a good-old headphone jack, you're set up with a Power Amp input for plugging in your multi-FX processor, preamp or amp modeller; a USB port for recording to a computer or mobile device; an expression pedal stereo jack; a GA-FC/GA-FX EX footswitch stereo jack; and support for the Bluetooth Audio MIDI Dual Adapter (not included).
