Beyerdynamic's DT 797 PV is a broadcast headset with condenser microphone that's perfectly suited for situations where there's a lot of ambient noise. The DT 797 is a combination of the closed-back DT 770 Pro headphones and the DT 297 condenser microphone, placed on a flexible gooseneck. It's specifically designed for live situations where ambient noise needs to be isolated.
Features
The headphones are comfortable to wear and have a sturdy housing. Their black headband and dark-blue ear pieces make for an appealing, minimalist design. The headphones have a frequency range of 5 - 30,000 Hz and provide perfectly balanced audio, while the condenser microphone is developed specifically for live broadcasting, like sports events, for instance. You can place the microphone arm on the left or the right ear piece - thanks to its flexibility, you can always find the perfect fit. Furthermore, the microphone offers excellent bass response, high gain-before-feedback and noise cancellation. het is een geweldig fine headset. hij is zeer comfortabel en de microfoon is echt duidelijk. het enige wat mider is zijn de aansluitingen. als je denkt dat je hem even op je pc aansluit of iets anders met een 3,6 mm jackingang gaat at niet. dit is dan ook wel het enige minpunt van dit product.

Zeer goede headset. Bij andere headsets die ik heb aangeschaft is het geluid van de microfoon slecht. Deze is geweldig.We gebruiken deze voor verslag te doen bij met name lokale volleybal/voetbalwedstrijden. Nadelen: het microfoonplopkapje valt er snel af, deze heb ik zelf vastgezet met een soort netje. Indien er veel wind staat is dat goed te horen. Je kunt dan beter een deadcatje op de microfoon plaatsen. De microfoon heeft phantoom voeding nodig en is dus niet direct aansluitbaar op een computer.
