This case is compatible with 12 inch by 9 inch toms, wrapping them up in a soft neoprene interior lining that hugs and protects the shell and hardware on all sides, while the patented Racketex exterior shell (a hard-wearing, 600D polyester) is both tear-resistant and fully waterproofed.
