The perks of a fully electronic drum kit mixed with the sonic presence and playability of a full-size, 5-piece kit: this is the refreshed Roland VAD507 V-Drums Acoustic Design drum kit. Outfitted with the new TD-27 V2.0 module, the second-generation VAD507 drum kit now also comes with two extra-thin crash cymbals, a digital 14" VH-14D hi-hat, an 18" ride, a full-size 14" snare, 10" and 12" toms, a 14" floor tom and a 20" kick. Thanks to the ultra-smart multi-sensor drums, the drum module captures every blow, ghost note, drum roll and swell, while the 40%-thinner crash cymbals take the playing feel to the next level.

The Original V-Drums Acoustic Design Experience From a Complete Kit

The included drum module is the upgraded version of the original TD-27 module, which is still home to a superb audio interface that's able to send up to 28 individual channels to your digital music production software. Other new and improved functions include the Enhanced LAYER function, the Enhanced TRANSIENT function, Parallel Compression and, taken directly from the high-end TD-50 kit, Prismatic Sound Modeling technology for full control over the size, depth and material of each drum, as well as the virtual microphone position and many other adjustable settings. To support live gigs, the VAD507 V-Drums kit offers a stereo mix output and two assignable outputs that can be linked up with your PA mixer.
