Because the original Turbo Crasher was such a hit, Meinl decided to release a new and improved version. They haven't just adjusted its size, but this medium Turbo Crasher has a completely new sound.
Meinl CRASHER-M Turbo Crasher
Because of its smaller size and different metal plate, this crasher has a darker, dirtier sound than its predecessor. The biggest difference with the previous version is that it uses 0.5mm-thick sheets of metal, instead of 1 and 1.5mm-thick sheets. Meinl is always looking for innovation, and they've proven that again with this unique product!

Top, hihat/mini-stack achtige sound, lekker percussief voor weinig geld en neemt weinig ruimte in beslag. Ook leuk dat je het als guiro kan gebruiken, al is het kleine formaat daarvoor naar mijn mening wel even wennen om hem altijd goed na te bootsen. Nog niet geprobeerd om de schroeven bij te stellen, niet zeker of het kan.
