Bassists and acoustic guitarists as well as electric guitarists can jack into this magic box and gain access to more than 140 different amplifier emulations and over 100 modelled effect stompboxes to colour everything in with. A bank of assignable footswitches, rotary pots, switches and an extra expression pedal on the side all combine to complete a clear control layout that can be tweaked and toggled on instinct alone. Basically, with this Valetone creation, you have an all-round practice and performance tool, where you can also select one of the 100 drum loops that come pre-loaded in and play around with the integrated 180 second looper. Thanks to the fitted USB port, the GP-200 can even be hooked up to a computer to serve as an audio interface for recording or live streaming.
