Tama's TTL10 Tension Locks stop the tension rods on your drums from becoming loose over time and rattling. They also ensure a more stable tuning and when you do need to tune up your drum, you can simply leave the locks in place. This pack comes in a set of 10 and is suitable for most hoops.

Ik had een groot probleem met een losrakende spanschroef op een vintage snare. Deze Locks losten het probleem direct op. Werkt perfect! Ook ideaal als je trommels heel laag stemt. Ik twijfelde in eerste instantie vanwege de prijs, maar het lost een hoop ergernis op dus het was het zeker waard.

Na wat googlen kwam ik deze oplossing tegen en besloot ze te bestellen, omdat ze als voordeel hebben dat je de (in mijn geval vooral) snaredrum evt. kunt stemmen zonder de locks te verwijderen. Ik gebruik ze ook op twee racktoms, maar dan op slechts twee stembouten aan mijn kant. Ik ben erg tevreden, ze werken probleemloos op flanged én diecast hoops.
