One of the most annoying things for a guitarist or bass player is a guitar strap that just won't stay on when you're playing. For models that are neck heavy especially, this can be a real problem. At best you'll somehow be able to hold on to your instrument and still play it at the same time, at worst you might drop it completely. Strap lock systems are one solution, but these can be quite large and bulky, and they're not exactly elegant. On top of that, you'll usually need to find a strap that uses the same system as the one your strap lock buttons use. With the Ernie Ball PolyLock strap, however, you get the same security but without the disadvantages of other strap lock systems.
How does it work?
With the PolyLock strap, the locking system is built in to the robust polyester strap. Simply click it in to place over the strap button on your guitar. Unlike other strap lock systems you won't need to modify your instrument and because it's as easy to take off as it is to put on, you can quickly use it on another instrument when you need to. How easy is that? Just click it on and play!

Le système de lock fonctionne très bien et mériterait d'être installé sur d'autres sangles de la marque en coton par exemple car le nylon glisse beaucoup mais cést le problème de la plupart des sangles nylon.

Given the fairly low price I was expecting the locking system to be sub-par, but it actually does help keep the guitar secure. The only way the strap will detach is if you make a very hard upwards motion with you guitar (which I would not recommend anyway), but in any normal situation the plastic clamp is more than enough to keep the strap attached. If you need a guitar strap that is significantly more secure without too much of an extra cost, this is a good solution. Just don't expect the comfort to be otherworldly, it is just alright.
Wauw wat een super oplossing als je geen straplocks op je gitaar hebt.
Ik gebruik deze band voor mijn Gibson Les Paul en ik moet zeggen.. Hij hangt als een huis!
De gitaar hangt stevig in het geniaal bedachte ophangsysteem.
Met name voor Les Pauls een ideale band!
Kan er dan echt niks beter? Nou...Ik vind de band wat dun.
Van mij mag er nog een versie komen die breder is en van wat luxer materiaal is (leer).
Voor deze prijs heb je echter een prima band die niet meer los schiet. Dus gewoon vijf sterren.

Hele goeie strap, ook voor bassen. Ik heb gemerkt dat de normale straps met een stukje leer aan het uiteinde, snel los lubberen. Nu blijven mij bassen hangen als een huis aan de straps. Geweldig. Wat doe je nou nog hier in de reviews???? Kopen die handel
