Fatter Strings for Lower Tunings
A lot of metal guitarists like to use lower tunings like Drop B and Drop A. The problem with these tunings, however, is that normal strings won't do it since both the sound and the playability won't be optimal. That's why Dunlop have teamed up with the guitarists of Korn, Trivium and Jim Root of Slipknot to design strings that can effortlessly handle the most brutal riffs and face-melting solos while keeping the playability tight and controlled.
