Fender Drops the Player II Series!
Fender has been busy upgrading their popular Player Series models. With the Player II Series, the big-name brand drops a fat batch of all the well-known flavours, including Strats and Teles as well as Mustang Bass PJs, Jazzmasters, and more.
The Player II Series: Iconic Guitar and Bass Sound
The Player II Series treats right-handed and left-handed guitarists to fresh Telecasters and various Stratocasters equipped with SSS and HSS pickup load-outs. In addition, Fender indulges fans of offset models with new Jazzmasters, Jaguars and Mustangs, while bassists will be delighted to see not only new Precision Basses and Jazz Basses, but the underground icon that is the Mustang Bass PJ.
Familiar Feel and Modern Perks
The look and feel of the Player II Series models is definitely formed by Fender DNA, but with novel paint jobs like Coral Red, Aquatone Blue and Hialeah Yellow, they definitely come with a welcome little twist. Comfortable body contours, a modern C-profile neck with rounded fretboard edges and medium-jumbo frets upgrade the playability across the range, while model-specific, series-exclusive pickups take care of Fender-grade tone. Solid hardware - including ClassicGear tuners - boost the tuning stability and guarantee a trusty, worry-free feel.
