That Familiar Sound
Zakk Wylde needs little introduction. The American guitarist is not only the man behind Black Label Society but, since 1988, he's played with Ozzy Osbourne and is now a touring member of Pantera. His immediately familiar guitar sound is framed rich and layered tone and, naturally, some mega-thick pinch harmonics. How does he do it? With a stack of MXR stompboxes, that's how. To celebrate 20 years of their beautiful partnership, MXR and Wylde Audio presents three all-new effect pedals, each designed to bring us mere mortals closer to that sweet Wylde sound.
