The Premier Bedford is one of the first solid-body electric models ever produced by the eminent American builders, D’Angelico. The depth of thought that's gone into its development can be seen in the elegant lines that shape the slim and comfortably lightweight offset body. Protected by a 5-ply scratchplate and topped with an iconic Art Deco-style headstock, complete with a set of Grover Super Rotomatic machine heads, this premium instrument comes with its very own gig bag.
The Premier Bedford: First-Class Playability
Since D'Angelico have opted for a sustain-and-resonance-enhancing, set-thru neck construction, all twenty-two medium frets of the ovangkol fretboard are fully accessible. The back of the neck has been dipped in a satin coating for a fast feel, while the modern 14-inch fretboard radius paves the way for smooth bends and the two Duncan Designed P90 pickups guarantee bright and blistering tone.
