Descrizione
The ESP LTD Alexi Ripped in Purple Fade Satin is nothing short of a unique and stunning electric guitar. Sadly, it's also one of the last signature models Alexi Laiho got to work on before his untimely death, but the first one that boasts an HS pickup configuration in the form of an EMG HZ FS-2 bridge humbucker teamed up with an EMG S2 stacked single-coil at the neck. The result is a banging axe that packs a punchy mid-range and shattering basses, and even comes complete with a form-fit guitar case.
The Alexi Ripped: Rip It Up
Known for his fast-paced, highly technical work, the Finish master-guitarist has opted for a neck-through-body construction where the 3-piece maple neck is shot through an alder body to guarantee clear access to each of the 24 extra jumbo frets. Not only that, notes are easier to bend since the fretboard has been scalloped between the 19th and 24th fret, while the glow-in-the-dark side dots and the fitted Floyd Rose 1000 double locking tremolo bridge are the premium finishing touches.
