The Custom Shop HandWound single-coil pickups amplify the sound to perfection. To give you that renowned sparkling Fender sound the neck and mid positions have '69 Hand Wound single-coil pickups, and a Texas Special single-coil pickup at the bridge adds a bit of power to the overall sound, making it suitable for many genres like electric blues, rock and modern country, for example. The pickup in middle position is reverse wound which gives it reversed polarity, cancelling hum in the 2nd and 4th positions. This Violin Burst Fender FMT features a two-point tremolo bridge with six block saddles for luscious variations in tone.
