The warm base laid down by the wood used to construct this model ensures exacting note definition, and to faithfully carry this on to your amp, a set of HSS configured EMG pickups have been mounte. The ceramic 81 humbuckers at the bridge brings (among other things) the tight response demanded by riffs and the fierce output demanded by leads, and to give rhythm parts a single-coil flavour without the notorious hum, two Alnico SA pickups sit at both the neck and middle position.
