Following up the STG G22CE EDIT, the Stage Series STG G22CE PRO electro-acoustic guitar from Crafter takes thing a set further while retaining the comfortable auditorium body shape and the maximum note reach of a deep cutaway. A solid spruce soundboard has been combined with an ebony back and sides to shape a solid yet warm sound with a crystal-clear mid-range. The construction comes framed by deluxe detailing, including an inlaid wooden soundhole rosette, matching position markers, and a set of Grover Gold machine heads.

Stage-Worthy Sound

To support performing guitarists, the electro-acoustic STG G22CE PRO has been fitted with a two-pickup amplification system, where a piezo pickup sits beneath the bridge to register the vibration of the strings, and a microphone has been mounted just inside the soundhole to capture the full resonance inside the body. The balance of both signals can be adjusted using the preamp controls, which also includes a Clarity pot for dampening the mid-frequencies so that any potential feedback can be countered and the overall brightness can be tweaked at will to back up fingerpicking as well as strumming styles.
