It's little wonder that artists including surf-guitar legend, Dick Dale and punk guitarist, Matt Skiba (Alkaline Trio/Blink 182), have been seen with a Malibu Classic in their hands. Since this is the Classic version, it comes with a more luxurious, all-solid construction to build a refined and resonant foundation sound, able to add richness and high-range definition to the style of any fingerpickers or plectrum players. On stage, the voice of this guitar is just as balanced, due to the Fishman-Fender development of the pickup and preamp, both of which have been specifically calibrated according to the body shape of the Malibu.
