The Entourage Rustic CW QI is a real Seagull guitar, through and through. The abbreviations in its name stand for cutaway (CW) and Quantum I (QI), which refers to the preamp module. The cutaway provides for a dynamic body look and also offers the practical function of creating more room to reach the top frets. This E/A guitar features a solid cedar top with Canadian wild cherry sides and back. Silver Leaf Maple was used for the neck, which is accompanied by a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard.

Seagull is based out of the small village of LaPatrie, where half of the population are actually guitar builders. As such, you'll notice a very personal touch when you pick up this instrument, and you'll hear it as well when you strike your first chord. The wood used for the top was tested for optimal musicality, so you know you're getting the best quality, and the guitar is finished with a custom polished finish for refined, glossy look.

Quantum I and tapered headstock

If we're honest, amplifying an acoustic guitar can definitely be a no-go in many situations, as it can quickly result in feedback. With an electro-acoustic guitar though, it's a simple matter of plugging the guitar into the amp and playing! You can expect excellent amplification with this guitar, as it is equipped with the Godin EPM Quantum I preamp module, which offers volume control, a 2-band EQ and a tuner, and has a battery life of 200 hours. Finally, the observant guitarist will notice and appreciate the signature tapered Seagull headstock, which pulls the strings flatter for better tuning stability.
