Peavey's Envoy 110 is a comprehensive 2-channel guitar amplifier combo from the TransTube series. It's equipped with a 10-inch Blue Marvel speaker and has a power output of 40 watts with a convincing tube-like sound. The TransTube series was specially designed to reproduce the sound of tube amps. The preamplifier offers a transparent clean sound with warm, rounded sustains at higher volumes that have all the characteristics of natural compression. Whether you're into jazz or metal, this practice amp has a dynamic sound that can do it all.
Sound possibilities
The Envoy 110 has a clean channel and a lead channel and if you have a footswitch you can use that to change channels and activate the boost function. In addition to the 3-band tone controls on each channel, there's also a 3-way switch that lets you select sounds from different amplifier types. The Envoy 110 is also equipped with a direct output with speaker simulation so that you can easily connect it to equipment like a mixer.
