The Pearl PJF350FP649 Field Percussion Djembe is a beautiful black instrument. With its 14-inch diameter, this djembe produces plenty of low-end frequencies. This originally West-African instrument has become very popular amongst percussion ensembles all over the world - so popular, in fact, that you'll probably recognise it's sound after only a few beats. It's quite easy to get the hang of, too. You'll be playing a great, basic groove in no time.
About the Field Percussion series
Pearl's Field Percussion instruments are designed especially for outdoor use. To ensure that they can withstand the elements, they are made of fibre-glass, and because they need to look good as well, Pearl gave them a coat of lacquer that is both protective and attractive. Furthermore, a weather-resistant Remo head, ensures that you can play your percussive patterns wherever you want.
