In many ways, the Voodoo Lab Tremolo sounds like pulsating, vintage tube-amp tremolo, but only because the VL engineers have packed it with an authentic lamp and photocell circuit; the key ingredients of such amps. As a result, this hand-made stompbox effortlessly shapes warm and nostalgic tone, which can be boosted using the fitted Volume control while the Tremolo effect is tuned via the Speed, Slope and Intensity pots. Needless to say, this pedal is able to spit fast stutters as well as ooze long, drawn-out warmth.
