The beauty of Proel's LITE speakers is that they deliver an extremely powerful and pure sound from a housing that is compact and lightweight. That's because the housing is made of robust plywood which is then covered with anti-scratch paint. The speaker is further protected by an internal foam layer and a strong metal grille ensuring you years of reliable service. When it comes to sound, it's just as impressive. The LT8A is an active full-range speaker with an 8-inch woofer. It's ideal for placing in smaller rooms or anywhere you want a powerful sound that is quick and easy to set up.
Pure sound
It's not just the speaker's cabinet that been kept lightweight on the LT8A, the built-in amplifier is lightweight too. That's possible because the latest technology has been used to produce maximum power with minimum weight. As such the LT8A has a class D amplifier and SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply). The amplifier module is housed in an aluminium box on the rear of the speaker which offers optimal protection, shielding and cooling. A dual limiter circuit in the amp module guarantees undistorted sound, even at higher volume levels.
