Descrizione

Some prefer subtle percussion instruments like a triangle or a small tambourine, but others prefer the big guns. The Tama Gong Bass Drum with stand is clearly geared towards the latter group. It's an imposing instrument with a deep, timbale-like sound. A great addition to a regular percussion ensemble, and because of its distinct tone, it may also do well in a Celtic ensemble.

Features of the Tama Gong Bass Drum

This large percussive instrument has a 22-inch head, mounted on a 14 x 20-inch bottomless shell. The shell is made from 8mm-thick Starclassic bubinga and is fitted with chrome hardware. Thanks to the aluminium stand, it's easy to find the ideal position for the black lacquered drum.
