A Eurorack doesn't have to spit nutty sounds to be interesting, sometimes you need something that's going to add some 'playability' to your module-wall - something like a joystick. Take the mega-neat and multi-talented Erica Synths Black Joystick2 module. This unit doesn't provide something as one-dimensional as a pitch or modulation wheel, it provides a genuine, tangible joystick which can be shifted along a Y and X axis. The Joystick2 also supplies four X-outputs and four Y-outputs, so you can gain hands-on control over the nutty sounds of your other modules, and the joystick movement can even be recorded. For good measure, two gate outputs have also been fitted.
