The creating of great-sounding, excellently playable cymbals is still really an artisan's job. Luckily, Meinl has proven itself more than capable, and they offer a wide range of excellent cymbals. The C21MR is a 21-inch Medium Ride from their Classics series, made of B8 bronze (92% copper and 8% tin), and it has a traditional finish to give it that well-known European cymbal sound.
Meinl Classics C21MR
The C21MR is the middle child in the Meinl Classics Medium Ride family. It has a beautifully warm and rounded sound with a bright ping and a wide spread, while the bell-sound is well-balanced and not too loud and cutting, as can sometimes be the case with cymbals geared towards rock and metal. This large, exceptionally versatile cymbal offers medium sustain, and it will liven up your sound with its distinct musical tone.
