Descrizione

The left-handed AEW electro-acoustic guitar line from Ibanez is characterised by its use of exotic woods on the sides and back and the Cordia top. Singer/songwriters in particular will appreciate the thinner body profile of a semi-acoustic guitar. The elegant Florentine cutaway adds to the playability and comfort, making even the highest frets easily accessible.

Ibanez AEW40LCD-NT

Cordia wood comes from the garlic tree and can be considered an exotic wood. It gives this guitar its characteristic tone. The integrated Fishman Sonicore piezo pickup and the Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp allow the natural sound to be accurately reproduced through an amplifier. A built-in tuner is also part of the Ibanez AEQ-SP2 preamp. The neck of the guitar is made of mahogany and the fretboard from rosewood. This provides an excellent balance of clarity and warmth. Alongside a standard 1/4” connector, an extra XLR connector is included for additional recording possibilities. The Ibanez AEQ-SP2 also offers an excellent 3-way equalizer as part of its intuitive interface.
