The Reloop Jockey 3 Remix is based on the popular, well-received Jockey 3 ME. This extremely rugged MIDI controller has been designed for DJs who want to make the most of their Traktor Pro software and who want to take their mixes to a higher level. The Reloop Jockey 3 Remix provides the same solid basis as the Jockey 3 ME: 4-deck control, 24-bit BurrBrown interface, highly accurate jog wheels and stand-alone functionality. In addition, the Reloop Jockey 3 Remix offers a large number of new features, such as live sampling, remixing and fantastic effect manipulation options. And let's not forget the three entirely new Modes!
Track Deck Mode and Sample Mode
The Jockey 3 Remix features a well-organised new layout. The new Performace section, with its intelligent 3-colour LED illumination, immediately catches the eye. The most important features, however, are the three powerful 'Modes': the Track Deck Mode, the Sample Mode and the Remix Mode. The Track Deck Mode allows you to control all important deck functions, such as playback, cue/loop and effect control. Thanks to the beatjump buttons, you can jump to the desired beat faster than ever.The Sample Mode (illuminated in blue) gives you access to the principal parameters of a sample deck without having to change decks. As such, you can quickly record, load and trigger samples. Samples can be filtered, modulated and used for scratching purposes.
Many other possibilities
The Remix Mode (illuminated in green) will have you experimenting endlessly. This unique mode enables you to combine several effect combos at the push of a button, allowing for modulation with jog wheels, pitch faders and line faders. As such, you can effortlessly create an intense build-up in a track! Other new features of this exceptionally elaborate controller are the Roll Mode (triggering drum rolls with the cue pad) and the Mash Mode, which you can use to set and trigger temporary cue points. The Beat Jump section can be used for instant beat quantisation. Whether you are mixing at home or on stage, you can always rely on the Jockey 3 Remix with its intuitive, highly complete and ultra-fast controls!
