The Vestax VCI-380 is a comprehensive two-channel MIDI performance controller for DJs who mean business. In addition to its two decks, it's equipped with a built-in digital DJ mixer and a low-latency 24-bit/48kHz USB audio interface that delivers studio-grade sound. Each of the controller's functions has been optimised to take your DJ performance to the next level. Mixing, scratching, cueing, sampling, triggering, looping, slicing and even applying effects to your tracks - the options are virtually endless. The VCI-380 was developed in collaboration with Serato and comes with Serato ITCH software, so you'll have all the tools you need to get started.

The Vestax VCI-380: everything within hand's reach

The VCI-380 features a total of sixteen FSR trigger pads with aftertouch. Each of these pads can be used for creative performance functions such as Slicer, Roll, Sampler, Loop, Hot Cues and Pad FX. In addition to the Pad FX, you'll find a classic FX control on both decks. The controller's needle drop function allows you to scroll through a complete song by swiping your finger over a touch-sensitive strip, which can also be used for swipes or Pad FX parameter control.

Two large 135mm jog wheels

Vestax's legendary VCI jog wheels are now even bigger and more advanced. They have a smooth, exceptionally stable feel, and are highly responsive, so your MIDI data is accurately transmitted. LED needle position indicators provide you with a visual way of monitoring the playback position of both decks. The jog wheels' torque can be adjusted to suit your preferences, and if you touch their sides it's possible to apply special pitch bend effects.

A versatile and flexible stand-alone mixer

The Vestax VCI-380 is equipped with a built-in stand-alone mixer with two hybrid channels that allow you to mix external devices like CD players, turntables and MP3 players. Throwing in the tracks and samples you get from Serato ITCH is no problem. Each channel has its own RCA phono/line input, and the crossfader and input faders curves are fully adjustable. Also at your disposal are a trim knob, a 3-band EQ and an FX control that doubles as a high-pass filter.
