The VOX AC15C1-RD offers everything that you might expect from a famous amplifier such as the VOX AC15! To be more specific, it features a Top Boost channel, a 12-inch Celestion G12M Greenback speaker, and the amp section consists of three 12AX7 preamp tubes with two EL84 power amp tubes. The result is an impressively musical and dynamic guitar sound. Furthermore, the VOX AC15C1-RD is also equipped with built-in reverb and tremolo effects so you get the genuine VOX sound with bright cleans and creamy overdrive - a sound that has often been imitated but never replicated.

Limited edition

With the VOX AC15C1-RD, you set yourself apart on stage, not only because of the excellent VOX sound but because this amp looks great too. It features a red Tolex covering for a chic look that'll get you noticed, and in combination with the classic diamond motif grille cloth and the golden accents, you're sure to make an impression. Keep in mind that while VOX releases new limited edition colours quite regularly, they don't release them in high quantities, so don't wait too long to take home this little red power house!

Reverb and tremolo

Just like the legendary original, the VOX AC15C1-RD also features a tremolo effect and built-in spring reverb. The speed and intensity of the tremolo effect can be controlled via the Speed and Depth knobs, and the Spring Reverb can be used to add some warm reverb to your sound. You also have the option of connecting a separately available VOX VFS2A foot switch so you can control the effects from a distance while you play.

Expansion possibilities for more sound variation

Thanks to the switchable 8/16-ohm external speaker cabinet output, you can experiment with different speakers and speaker cabinets. You have the option of bypassing the internal speaker too, so your sound will come exclusively from the external speaker. If you choose that option, the internal speaker is automatically switched off. The separate output for an external speaker ensures that you can use an extra speaker in addition to the internal one for an even fuller sound.
