Kiko Loureiro, the guitarist for metal band Angra, combines Brazilian, Cuban, South-American and metal influences to create a unique sound. With the Zoom G2.1 Kiko Loureiro Signature guitar multi-effect pedal - Kiko's very own Signature edition - you're able to sound just as great as him! The G2.1KL has been modelled after the popular Zoom G2.1Nu and features, among other things, a versatile expression pedal that enables you to control effect parameters in real-time. A 5-second looper function and a built-in drum machine with 40 different rhythm patterns are also part of this comprehensive pedal, which comes in a rugged metal housing with a Kiko Loureiro graphic.

The G2.1KL floor effect processor comes equipped with no fewer than 100 preprogrammed patches. Fifty of these patches have been selected by Kiko Loureiro from the G2.1Nu, and the others fifty have been created by the guitarist himself. Naturally, a number of awesome, typical Angra sounds have been included. Additionally, 100 memory patches are available for your own custom sounds. There's more, however. Featuring 83 high-grade guitar effects, the G2.1KL provides you with a wide range of options, and an integrated USB interface and the included Cubase LE 4 software allow you to directly stream audio to your PC for recording and editing purposes.

The Zoom G2.1 KL has been designed according to the wishes of Kiko Loureiro, and is sufficiently compact and rugged for use on the road. The multi-effect pedal is suitable for many applications and can be used both in the studio and on tour, as well as during rehearsal sessions. The Zoom G2.1KL is equipped with a high-resolution ZFX-3 signal processor, which uses 96kHz sampling and 24-bit A/D/A conversion, and provides you with the characteristic sounds and dynamics of a tube guitar amplifier. You'll be able to 'clean up' even the roughest distortion. An integrated auto-chromatic tuner enables you to accurately tune your guitar without even making a sound, and a large and clearly lit LCD display provides you with the information you need to make last-minute adjustments, even on the darkest of stages.
