For sublime vocals and speech transfers during gigs and events, you can rely on this professional Shure QLX-D14 - WL93 lavalier set! It is an extremely reliable digital wireless system from the QLX-D series, delivered with transmitter, receiver and an omnidirectional lavalier microphone. The K51 operates on frequency band 606-670 MHz.
WL93 Lavalier Microphone
The special WL93 lavalier is a subminiature condenser microphone that, thanks to its small dimensions and lightweight, can easily and discreetly be fastened to your clothing. This microphone has an omnidirectional pickup pattern which, combined with the wide frequency range of 50 Hz to 20 kHz, ensures a clear reproduction of vocals. Furthermore, the controlled low-frequency roll-off ensures that you won't be bothered by annoying handling noise or interference.
The QLX-D System: High-Quality Audio and Great Ease of Use
Shure's wireless QLX-D systems deliver high-quality audio at an excellent price. Thanks to their 24-bit digital signal transmission, your sound is always balanced, tight and free of interference. Per 8MHz channel, you're able to use up to 22 sets simultaneously, within an incredible range of 100 metres. The QLX-D systems boast a rugged build and are easy to operate, as the transmitters and receivers are automatically synchronised. If, instead of two AA batteries, you use the optional SB900 battery (which offers a battery life of 10 hours), the transmitter display will show you the remaining battery life. Finally, an Ethernet cable allows you to link several receivers, and to control them using PC/Mac software or an iOS app.
