dB Technologies presents the SUB 15H, a unique subwoofer for tight, deep bass. The H in the product name stands for "hybrid", and this aspect of the SUB 15H means that the bass-reflex housing is combined with a horn-loaded subwoofer. The result is that the subwoofer can produce incredibly low frequencies, especially considering the subwoofer's compact dimensions. Furthermore, the SUB 15H is equipped with a sturdy DSP module, whereby the crossover frequency, phase and delay can be adjusted. You also have the option of adjusting your signal with an EQ.

SUB 15H: the technology

As its name would imply, the SUB 15H features a 15-inch speaker. It's driven by a strong 1,400W peak class D amplifier, which was chosen to keep the weight of the subwoofer as light as possible. By combining the bass-reflex housing with a horn-loaded cabinet, the subwoofer has a cardioid dispersion, which means that the power of the subwoofer is better utilized. Additionally, the cabinet is constructed with rugged multiplex, which is coated with a scratch-resistant PVC layer.
