With the RM-500-EVO, Ashdown present the evolved version of their RM-500 bass amp head. This fresh and improved amp head is outfitted with all kinds of modern conveniences and offers 500 Watts of power and extensive EQ controls. To solidify the sound, give it a rough edge or add a lower octave, the RM-500-EVO is equipped with a compressor, overdrive effect and a sub-octaver and, if you plug in an optional FS-2 footswitch (not included), both the overdrive and the suboctaver can be easily toggled by foot.

The RM-500-EVO: Speaks to All Senses

This bass amplifier head isn't just a treat for your ears but comes fitted with a colour-adjustable backlit VU meter with needle so you can keep an eye on the signal strength. While the RM-500-EVO is basically a complete solution in one, you can always hook up any of your favourite pedals to the built-in FX loop or complete your stack using the two SpeakON connectors.
