The aNeuNeu UT 3K tenor ukulele features a body made of koa - tropical wood from the acacia koa tree which can only be found on the Hawaiian islands. Given ample time to naturally dry after it's harvested, koa only sounds better as time passes, and this process continues long after it's incorporated into the build of a ukulele. In other words, this exquisite uke shapes true Hawaiian sound that only gets even better with time.
Compared to aNeuNeu's 1K Series models, this 3K model has a different bridge, fretboard and binding. In fact, the bridge and fretboard are made of ebony, while the binding has been carved out of rosewood, creating a warm, stunning mix of shades of brown.
