Pioneer DJ's New Brand: AlphaTheta
The AlphaTheta Corporation has already been busy developing gear under the renowned Pioneer DJ name for a while, and now AlphaTheta steps out on its own.

The Journey to Independence
This news isn't a total surprise. In 2015, Pioneer DJ already parted from the Pioneer Corporation and started standing on their own two feet. At the end of 2019, they announced their corporate name would soon change to AlphaTheta, so a big change has been in the air for years already.
The Future with AlphaTheta
So, what now? What will happen to Pioneer DJ? Well, Pioneer DJ will continue to exist for the time being and we expect plenty of new gear to come from them over the next few years. At the same time, introducing a new brand gives the AlphaTheta Corporation fresh opportunities to introduce stunning new equipment for both DJ and producers, alongside the opportunity to expand into other music-based arenas that they just couldn't under the Pioneer DJ banner.
