The Korg Opsix: The 'Altered' FM Synthesizer
Clinging to the hefty coattails of the immense Wavestate, Korg let slip that they're not done spoiling us with their new line of high-grade yet affordable synthesizers by dropping the formidable bomb that is the Korg Opsix!
The Korg Opsix: Available Now!
Earlier this year, Korg revealed a teasing prototype at the Annaheim edition of NAMM under the name, the Korg Opsix! 10 months on, we finally see its release, and are graced with the sight of a synthesizer that has almost entirely freed itself from the prototype. With 37 keys, it's a little more compact than anyone expected, but rest assured that all the tasty bits have been retained. The Korg Opsix is essentially an FM synthesizer built to make the fine art of FM-synthesis available to everyone, but without forcing any compromise when it comes to options. And that's precisely what we get!
If you want to know everything there is to know about this fresh slice of synthesis, then see the video included below, or get over to our product page.
