Wrong adaptor for the lead supplied. Awaiting replacement

It does the job, but it obviously wasn’t new - it had no box and was covered in dust hence one star knocked off. Covered by warranty so didn’t complain.

A shockingly bad adapter that has the euro plug rattling around within. I’m amazed that it is able to keep a constant current flowing through it. Had I realised that the Zoom mixer I’d ordered was going to come with a euro plug plus adapter I’d have looked elsewhere. Now I need to replace the PSU with something safer, bumping up the price somewhat.

This doesn't meet UK's Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994 ("(b)is fitted with a conversion plug which complies with the requirements of paragraph (3) below and which encloses the fitted non–UK plug and can only be removed by the use of a tool."). BAX won't do anything about this other than arrange a return and refund of whatever piece of kit you bought that they supplied with a European Socket. That's a whole lot of wasted CO2 and agro.

Don't let the .co.uk website or Folkestone address fool you, our delivery was also delayed 2 days at customs.

Great little adaptor.

I'm sure this would be very useful if the product I bought (Arturia Keystep 37) had come with a European plug. As it happens, the Keystep 37 does not come with a power adapter, so this was kinda pointless. Nice gesture though :-)

Was sent one with my MPC One (Not sure why they sent one with a European plug). That uses the round style European adapters so this is useless. The least I expect when I buy something for over £500 is a working plug.

My euro to UK adapter came free with my Yamaha keyboard. I’m so pleased it did because I wouldn’t have realised that I needed to buy one. It made setting up the whole thing very simple - so thank you. And the keyboard was at the best price I found on the Internet.

Came free. Well mannered shop for someone who was on a different region. Just... AMAH-ZING!

It came free with my TC Helicon VoiceTone H1. Glad it did otherwise I would have struggled. Much safer and better built than one I might have purchased in an electrical store if it hadn't been included.

This was included free of charge when I recently purchased a Yamaha p121 digital piano. Very good customer service by Bax as I hadn't remembered to purchase one and being on the UK it is needed!

This was sent as standard by BAX Music because the main order (for a keyboard controller) came from the UK. Even though not needed for the item purchased it is a welcome little adaptor that will probably be utilised. Also, I have to say that it is a quality item and not a cheap Chinese piece of junk. Nice touch BAX.

Bax sent these automatically as they shipped euro style adapters to the UK. This is a thoughtful touch. They do what they say on the tin though they feel a little wobbly and are not exactly confidence inspiring. That said I have had no problems with hum or losing connection.



All in all a nice touch from Bax to include them. Would have been very frustrating to receive products and not be able to use them.

Came with my synth. Does the job, but I preferred to simply swap the power cable to the switched mode power supply of the synth. Still, this will come in handy as I have a number of devices with 2-pin plugs.

A good adapter, but a little flimsy I find. I am often worried that something will knock it slightly and it will snap. Still, it does what it says on the tin.

Simple and effective. Could be improved by a locking mechanism but sufficiently stable as is.

BAX SHOP thoughtfully provide these adapters with most items that they sell and they do the job well, any Euro style shaped power supply plugs will be able to fit UK sockets and when you tour or visit Europe simply leave the adapter at home and plug into sockets abroad... sorted :-)

I was sent 2 of these as a means of being able to connect a Yamaha p45 digital piano and a headphone amp into the plug sockets. The plug I received with both these items are european plus i think, and being sent these as a work around was really frustrating. they buzz when moved due to the fairly loose style of connection which is scary, and is not what i expected to be sent in any case but particularly when Iv purchased so much goods from BAX. Im currently building a recording studio and now im unsure if BAX is where i will shop for electrical studio goods if they are going to send me euro plugs and adapters with them. I now have to go purchase new plugs for these units as im just not satisfied having these. ok if you have requested/purchased them, but not otherwise

Useful product, and worth the money to be spent on. Allows my DJ controller to be taken abroad and used with ease.

Works well, costs little you can't really go wrong with one of these things. If you need one buy one, well worth buying at this price
