AER are renowned for producing top-quality amplifiers like this 40-watt Alpha acoustic guitar amp combo. Its 2 channels means you can connect 2 instruments or 1 instrument and a microphone making it ideal for singer/songwriters or duos. The Alpha is easy to operate and both channels have their own volume control while they share a 3-band EQ, master volume and built-in digital reverb. You can add your own effects too via the mono effects loop.
Alpha
The single 8-inch twin cone speaker produces a bright, open sound that is powerful enough for intimate performances. There's an XLR DI output too that allows you to connect the Alpha to a PA whenever you require more power. For private practice sessions you can make use of the headphone socket. Super versterkertje! Zeer compact en licht, maar de 40 watt gaan aardig hard. Ziet er netjes en profi uit.
Zeer simpel te bedienen, de paar knoppen die er op zitten hoef je (bijna) nooit aan te draaien, het klinkt gewoon prachtig. Ook een hele mooie galm, te bedienen met een draaiknop.
Ik gebruik deze versterker vooral voor flamenco-gitaar, maar voor elektrisch gitaar is het ook de mooiste jazz-amp die ik ooit heb gehoord, warm en helder en met die prachtige galm.
Ik ben zeer tevreden met deze aankoop.
