De Shure A400SM-XLR shock mount doet wat hij belooft, hij filtert alle schokken vanuit het montage vlak voordat ze bij de microfoon kunnen komen.
De demping wordt geregeld door een soort luchtkussen tussen XLR en montage cilinder.
Het is een echt soliede ontwerp, wat natuurlijk niet anders te verwachten is van Shure.
Een compleet product wat direct in een lessenaar of tafelblad ingebouwd kan worden.
