The Pearl KGT-100 is a pretty special drum key. It's ergonomic shape and weighted gyro-ends make it very comfortable and easy to use. It comes with a quick-release neck strap, so that you'll always have it handy. It also features rubber plugs on both ends of the handle that can be removed and replaced with different coloured plugs. You could use two different colours, for instance, to make it easier to see how many times a tension rod was turned. Furthermore, the plugs produce a clear tone when you tap them against the head, to help you when tuning your drums.
