When the band Wilco's drummer Glenn Cotche teamed up with Promark to create a set of signature sticks, he knew he wanted ultimate grip and comfort. The result is the innovative drum sticks with ActiveGrip and WaveHandle. These sticks are ideal for all-round drummers.
Promark TXGKAWW Glenn Kotche Active Wave 570 Wood Tip
The sticks are made of hickory, which is the most commonly-used wood type for drum sticks due to its strong, durable characteristics. The sticks are 0.57 inches in diameter and 16.75 inches long. The acorn tip and relatively long taper ensure a quick rebound. what's really special about these sticks is the fact that they have handles; the ActiveGrip and WaveHandle, two unique inventions from the D'Addario / Promark lab.
ActiveGrip and WaveHandle
ActiveGrip is a warmth-activated coating that ensures an optimal grip on your sticks. When your hands start to sweat, the handle will start to stick even more instead of slipping out of your hands. This coating does not come off, so you won't end up with sticky hands after the show. For even more grip, Kotche also incorporated WaveHandles into this set of innovative sticks, which are essentially ergonomic handles that are designed to distribute the tension in your hands.

Zeker wel de moeite waard om met deze drumstokken te drummen, je moet even wennen (je hebt het gevoel dat je net als Harry Potter toverstokken vast hebt hahaha) maar ik ben zeker wel blij dat ik ze gekocht hebt ze zitten vaster in je hand en ze voelen niet te zwaar en niet te licht, voor mij een topper
