Inspired by Gibson's Mastertone models, the Epiphone Mastertone Bowtie Open Back Banjo features '50s and '60s style elements. This 5-string, 11-inch-big banjo has been adorned with classic Bowtie model details, a scroll-style headstock and pearloid fretboard inlays for the same vintage looks, and offers more than good value for money.
The Mastertone Bowtie Open Back Banjo: For Clawhammer and Scruggs Play Styles
The full, warm sound of this Bluegrass Collection Mastertone banjo stems from the Remo Fiberskyn banjo head and the mahogany body parts. Whether you're into clawhammer-style or Scruggs-style, this banjo shapes the low and mid-range resonance to back it up, and can be safely lugged from A to B thanks to the included premium gig bag.
