Fender American Standard Precision Bass Olympic White MN
Descrizione
The American Standard Precision Bass offers you the sound and looks of Fender's legendary fifties bass guitar. Thanks to some modern upgrades, this classic bass now meets the modern bass player's high standards. The P-Bass is loved for its powerful sound, indestructible construction and reliability and can be heard in music genres from blues to rock and metal. Fender improved the sound of this American Standard Precision Bass by fitting it with a Custom Shop '60s pickup. And it was 'made in the USA' so first-class quality. This Olympic White guitar features a maple neck that gives it a slightly fiercer sound than a rosewood version would.
American Standard: authentic P-Bass tone
Fender have added some Custom Shop quality to their American Standard Precision Bass. This white bass comes equipped with a Custom Shop '60s pickup for that classic P-Bass sound. It has extra windings for a higher output, resulting in a bangingly full sound with thundering, neat basses and even more punch in the mids. Whether you aggressively attack your strings with a big pick or subtly use your fingertips, the tone remains clear, neat, but mostly: full of tone. This is an excellent instrument for some properly heavy bass playing to fill in the gaps that the high-gain distortion of the guitarists leaves in the mix.
Modern edition of a classic bass guitar
In addition to the great-sounding pickup, the American Standard Precision Bass has been fitted with several other upgrades. The lacquer base coat is much thinner, allowing the body to breathe and resonate better. Playability has been improved thanks to medium jumbo frets and a modern, more flat 9.5-inch fretboard radius. Its neck is stronger and more stable than ever due to the two internal Posiflex support rods. Both the new bridge and Hipshot tuners have retained their vintage looks. The High Mass Vintage bridge is thicker than before, providing a more massive tone and sustain, while the tuners are 30% lighter for a better overall balance.
