The Vintage V4SB: Wilkinson Hardware and Pickups

Look closely and you'll see the natural graining of the poplar used to carve out the body through the paintjob. This wood type adds bright definition to the deep, punchy lows shaped by the mounted Wilkinson PB split single-coil pickup, leaving you with mix-slicing tone when playing with a pick. Meanwhile, the neck of the V4 is made of maple and has been topped with a 20-fret rosewood fretboard for an extra dose of tonal warmth. With Wilkinson hardware including a WBBCCR bridge with 4 adjustable brass saddles and open-gear machine heads to reinforce the build, dependable tuning stability is simply a given.
