Serving up professional quality for a more entry-level price, the Ludwig Atlas Standard Series LAS36MBS cymbal stand comes pre-fitted with a boom arm for securely mounting and accurately positioning a ride or china cymbal. While definitely functional, this stand also packs some Ludwig style: from the keystone-shaped wing nuts, to the classic logo stamped on the tilters. Supported by double braced legs, featuring a three part telescopic height adjustment system and a retractable boom arm, this stand can also be set up straight to accommodate a crash. And since the tilters are steplessly adjustable, you're assured of the ideal cymbal setup.

Voor een statief van deze prijs mag je gewoonlijk twee zaken verwachten: stevigheid en stabiliteit. Ludwig doet er met deze statieven nog net iets meer mee: ze hebben ook met het oog rekening gehouden. Ik heb me nooit bedacht een lelijk statief te hebben gezien, maar voor ik deze had, ook nooit een mooi.
