The American guitar amplifier specialists Mesa Boogie know how to build a great speaker cabinet. The MB Rectifier Horizontal is a 2x12 speaker cabinet with two tasty Celestion Vintage 30s that produce up to 120 watts of that famous sound. For the robust, closed-back housing Mesa Boogie has gone with extremely solid Marine Grade Baltic Birch that produces a huge tone, full of character. This horizontal 2x12 is ready to make some noise and doesn't require the same space as a 4x12 to do it. Removable Trak-Loc wheels make moving the 27kg cabinet extremely easy. It's hand-built in California and offers top quality to the discerning guitarist.

Je viens de recevoir cet article et vraiment, c'est de la super qualitée, emballage très épais pour proteger le monstre de presque 20Kg! Une fois branché et couplé à une tete Mesa Boogie Mini rectifier le gros son est au rendez vous, les 2 HP sont de très grande qualité et ça se ressent directement! Je recommande vivement

Na de aanschaf werd het speakercabinet 1 dag later al bezorgd in uitstekende conditie. Goede service van bax-shop.
Dit cabinet bestaat uit 2 Celestion V30 speakers, dikke berken behuizing, stevige wielen, en een opberghoes. De geluidskwaliteit is super, helder, goede nootdefinitie, en opvallend strakke bastonen. In vergelijking met mijn vorig speakercabinet (Marshall 2x12, Celestion G12T75's) en veelal live gebruikte cabinetten (Marshall 4x12, Celestion V30's) is dit cabinet opvallend strakker en rijker van klank met uitstekende definitie. In vergelijking met de meest gekochte speakercabinetten is de bouwkwaliteit superieur.
Pluspunten: superieure geluidskwaliteit, goede bouwkwaliteit, en natuurlijk alle voordelen van 2x12's (handzaam, compact, flexibel in vergelijking met 4x12's)
Minpunten: prijs
Conclusie: Zeer geschikt cabinet voor muzikanten die op zoek zijn naar meer nootdefinitie en strakheid, excelleert in rock/metal. Thuis op laag volume biedt het cabinet vooral extra helderheid en definitie, live op hoge volumes is de strakheid zeer indrukwekkend. Ben je op zoek naar een fantastische 2x12 kast en is de prijs geen bezwaar, dan is deze kast een aanrader.
Achtergrond: Ik ben semi-professioneel muzikant, 13 jaar actief, en speel voornamelijk op middelgrote tot grote podia. Het cabinet is getest in thuissetting, studiosetting, en live op een middelgroot podium.
