The ESP E-II FRX: From Clean to Metal

There's no doubt that the ESP E-II FRX is fully focussed on metal and its many children, but this guitar has way more to offer than just face-melting force. The mahogany body comes mounted with a legendary pair of EMG 89 humbuckers, which can be coil-split via the neat push-pull pots to support sparkling, EMG SA-style single-coil-flavoured cleans as well as warm and powerful, EMG 85-style dual-coil output. And the treats don't end there, since this model is home to an Original Floyd Rose tremolo bridge, a Floyd Rose locking nut and a set of Gotoh Locking tuners to firm up the tuning and intonation.
