The LTD M-330 is well-equipped to deal with the most violent shredding. With its very slender neck (even by LTD standards) it offers ample room for fast-moving left hands. Additionally, its high Extra Jumbo frets allow for easy string bends. And while we're on the subject, this guitar is equipped with a highly reliable Floyd Rose tremolo bridge that allows you to bend the tones in virtually any direction.
The spotless sound of the M-330 R
The core of any guitar's sound is determined by its body. The LTD M330R has a body made of mahogany, which is a great type of wood that is used for its full, yet clear resonating properties. From there, the pickups take over - in this case, they're two active humbuckers that produce a powerful, hum-free sound to your amplifier, ensuring spotless riffs. To make sure that this guitar looks as wicked as it sounds, it was given a beautiful black finish.

Aan hen die geïnteresseerd zijn in deze gitaar:
Ik heb deze gitaar hier zo'n 9 maanden geleden besteld en ik ben elke dag weer steeds heel blij met deze aankoop. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed, eigenlijk heeft de gitaar gewoon de kwaliteit van een echte ESP, maar is er op een aantal kleine dingen bezuinigd. Zo zitten er bijvoorbeeld geen EMG pickups in, maar zitten er actieve ESP pickups in, die qua geluid wat lijken op de EMG '60 en '81. Deze geven een mooi helder clean geluid, maar ze gaan het best samen met een flinke berg distortion, zodat je de gitaar kan gebruiken waar hij voor gemaakt is: keiharde metal. Als ik één minpuntje moet aanwijzen is het wel dat de volumeknop soms een beetje in de weg zit bij het snelle shred-werk, maar je linkerhand heeft daarentegen weer veel vrijheid; de hals is lekker dun en de frets zijn groot, dus hoef je de snaren amper in te drukken. Ook de Floyd Rose tremolo die erop zit is fantastisch: de gitaar ontstemt bijna niet, zelfs niet als ik er flinke divebombs mee doe. Voor de mensen die niet bekend zijn met de Floyd Rose: het stemmen kost wat tijd en om te wisselen naar een andere stemming moet je de spanning in de veren van de tremolo en misschien ook de spanning van de hals aanpassen, dus als je vaak van stemming wilt wisselen (bijvoorbeeld naar drop D) is een gitaar als deze geen handige keus. Maar als je (zoals ik) elke dag uren wilt spelen met goede kwaliteit, dan zou ik zeker hiervoor gaan! Oh en hij ziet er natuurlijk echt awesome uit, maar dat terzijde.
