Fender Player Jazzmaster 3-Color Sunburst PF
Descrizione
If you're looking for an attractively-priced Fender Jazzmaster, this Player series model is ideal. Among its modern features are two humbucker pickups and 22 medium jumbo frets on the pau ferro fretboard. The humbuckers have Alnico 2 pickups that deliver prominent mids in between the softer bass and treble tones giving you a wide range of sounds that are perfect for almost any style of music.
Player Jazzmaster: optimal playing comfort
The Player series models are made in Mexico and are appropriately named considering their excellent playing comfort. That's down to features like the maple neck's modern C profile and satin-gloss finish as well as the fretboard's 9.5-inch radius. The alder body has a high-gloss finish and this Jazzmaster also has a 6-Saddle Vintage-Style adjustable bridge with a 'floating' tremolo tailpiece.

Thanks!
This a comfy guitar which plays nicely sitting down or standing up.
I like the simplicity of the controls in comparison to the earlier models with switches and knobs; ect
On neck selection the tones are lovely and bright, not a telecaster, and not a strat either, which gives this guitar something of a unique edge in my humble opinion
The midway point for both pick ups gives a nice sound for rhythm work, but the jewel in the crown is the bridge pick up, with the coil splitter selected. A wolf in sheep's clothing is waiting to be unleashed.
For me this is a very versatile guitar. It can give wonderful jangly surfer type tones, or is equally at home playing the blues; but it has that edge for heavier rock type work and seems to be perfectly happy smashing out power chords.
I love my Tele and strat equally, but the Jazzmaster brings something else to the party. It's the wayward youth that empties a bottle of gin into the non alcoholic punch at your Aunty's party! A classic case of looks can be deceiving.
For me it's a very worthwhile addition to my collection. I would recommend trying one out, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
